Word Anointing Retreat [15 th November]

Participants must be 15 years or older.

All participants are required to bring a valid photo ID proof.

Please note that joining our WhatsApp community is mandatory for updates and communication. The joining link will be shared in the confirmation email sent to you.

Those who have already participated in any of Fr. Daniel’s residential retreats held between October 2025 and October 2026 are kindly requested not to register for this retreat. Applications from such participants will not be accepted.

Registration & Arrival:

• Registration begins at 1:00 PM on 15 November 2026 at the retreat center.
• The retreat officially begins at 4:00 PM with the Rosary and Holy Mass.
• Participants must present their email address and/or phone number associated with the booking at the registration counter.
• An original ID proof with photo is required for the registration.

Important Requirements:

• All participants must bring a complete Bible. Entry without a Bible will not be permitted.
• There is no registration fee. Donations inspired by the Holy Spirit will be accepted.
• Only those who can attend the entire retreat from beginning to end should register.
• No one will be allowed to leave before 9:00 AM on 19 th November. Hence, please make your return travel arrangements (train/bus) only after 10:00 AM on that day.
• If possible, please prepare spiritually by making a confession before arriving at the retreat center.
• Kindly pray for Fr. Daniel Poovannathil and the MCRC team leading the retreat.

What to Bring:

• Notebook and pen
• Personal bedsheet
• Necessary medications
• Other essential personal items
• A pair of white clothes for the Holy Spirit anointing service (if possible)

Accommodation:

• Dormitory facilities are primarily available.
• Private rooms (bath-attached) are available for a fee of ₹500 per day (only one person per room).
• Room bookings cannot be made in advance and are allotted only during on-site registration. Please do not contact the center in advance requesting room reservations. 

Mobile Phone Policy:

• Mobile phones must be submitted at the reception desk during registration.
• Phones will not be allowed during the retreat.
• Phones will be returned only at 9:00 AM on 19 th November.

Other Guidelines:

• Those arriving in personal vehicles must hand over their vehicle keys along with their mobile phones at registration.
• There will be an opportunity to offer donations at the end of the retreat.
• Laundry facilities are not available at the center.
• Alcohol, tobacco, other intoxicants, and outside food are strictly prohibited.
• Children below 15 years are not allowed to attend.
• Those who require medication for mental health conditions are kindly advised not to participate in the residential retreat.
